   One difference between the prototype and production models, aside 
from lots of SMD parts, is the use of a small "jack board" soldered to 
the PC pigtails of the Switchcraft 112PC jacks that connects to the main 
board with a short ribbon cable.  This allows me to keep everything in a 
ground plane and remove a lot of tedious point to point wiring at the 
same time.
