I sent Steve Kondel $40 or something and marked it as a gift instead of goods (he insisted I mark it as a gift because he was terrified of the paypal fees - I know, stupid) and have still not received a master tune potentiometer when he is only one state away. I sent him his money on the 18th of last month. I called him on May 26 and he told me that he would get it in the mail on the next day USPS was open.
