I've got one (also 2 pieces CS40m, SY1, CS80, also ARP Pro Soloist DGX). Produced in 1979, D means AFAIK Dual Channel. Sorry, I'm always busy and have no time to explain more. But there's a lot of info on internet, just google "Yamaha CS15D" - it will give you lot of links, starting with this one: http://www.vintagesynth.com/yamaha/cs15d.php And you can download Owner's manual from Yamaha Manual Library. There were also CS01, CS15, CS30L and CS70m... And CSY1 - combination of organ and synth. I have never seen CS20/40D... just M (it means Memory).
