Eno used the CS80 a lot on "Before and After Science", "Music for Films", as well as on some of his collaborations with Cluster (i.e "After the Heat").  Generally speaking, late 70s.  

From what I gather, he didn't believe in regular maintenance and enjoyed letting the synth slowly deteriorate and become increasingly unpredictable over time--something that I suspect would drive most of the people on this list absolutely bonkers ;)
