Yamaha CS80

Hello ­ I¹m picking up a CS80 next week, so I figured it was time to stop
browsing the archives and join this group.

My first question ­ where do I put it? :) Are there any good reasons to
favour the original legs over placing it on a desk (or vice versa)? Given
the 80¹s fragile reputation I¹m basically looking for any and all advice on
the subject of removing it from one upstairs location (where narrow doorways
may preclude carrying it flat), to a car, for a drive, and then upstairs to
my studio. Ideally I want to put it down once and then not touch it again so
all advice no matter how mundane will be welcome.

Next question ­ temperature. My studio gets very cold in winter, dropping
below freezing, and quite stuffy in summer. Is this a cause for concern?
