Yes, Kent is a great guy and an invaluable CS80 resource, but sometimes 
he doesn't get online for a while.

FYI, after much confusion, I finally figured out how to dial his number 
from the US: (011) 44 208 873 2044
It's worth calling him just to hear the funny British ring tone :^)
