Raising circuit board rack for tuning

Hi Everyone,

After mastering the M-board tuning procedure on my CS-50 I am now  
ready to tackle the tuning procedure for my CS-80.

Can anyone provide pointers on how to safely raise the circuit board  
rack in to the "tuning" position?  I don't see a procedure for doing  
this in the service manual.
