What are you getting? What are the voltages on the +8.5v and -6.5v
outputs? What are the outputs of the rectifiers (@ C730 and C731)
feeding the regulator circuits? For the obvious, have you checked the
fuses (F721/F722)?
Shouldn't be that hard to trace the problem.
