Yamaha CS80

I have a stripped CS-50 in the garage with all of the sliders in a box. I will go see if I can 
find where I put them.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these?  Looking inside the unit I can see it will 
be easy to replace if I can find a part that will work.  Any recommendations?  Are the voice
