Some details I want to be sure about before I start:
Power Supply adjustment:

"GND tie point" - this is the cunductive GND rail that holds all the cards
in the card cage, isn't it?
(with "+15V tie point" being the other rail)
"-15 Terminal on M18" - M18 is M-Board on position 18, no?
Ok, I guessed these - please tell me if that's right or wrong.
