Hi Tom,

Yeah that's right. To confirm it just look at Old Crow's pic of the 
TKC board again and check the orientation of the caps in relation to 
the IC's.

And if your putting electrolytic caps on the power rails be shore to 
reverse the polarity of the cap on the -6.5 rail. Yo know + to the E.
Just in case yo didn't know. :)
