Hi guys, Re-posting as it seems to have been lost among all the latest discussions... I'd like to perform the decoupling upgrade on the TKC board as per Scott/'Old Crow's' site. Looking at the photo I can *just* make out where these need to be soldered, but need to double check please. There seems to be two types of IC package/casing used here... I did a search for 4000 series pin-out, could any tech here confirm for me that the capacitors need to go between pin8 and pin16 on the 16 pin IC's and between pin7 and pin14 on the 14 pin IC's..? Also the other capacitor value mentioned on Scotts site- Quote: "....and a 100uF aluminum electrolytic across each power rail input to the common circuit ground." The TKC board has a -6.5v and +8.5v input and also the E(0v) Would I just need the two 100nf caps across those terminals please? ie: -6.5v and E & +8.5v and E Thanks for any help, TOM
