The Matrix-6 does have split mode and you can overlap the splits so you could do it with two patches.  Not sure if the Matrix-1000 supports this but I d think

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
