minimoog contour/kbd schematic

Hi all , I'm repairing the above board and see on the schematic that q9 and q11 are to be matched with the vbe of the pnp 10-20mv below the npn @ 200ma.
Using the moog vbe matching circuit does not match @ 200ma.
Is this a typo or is there another matching test cct that will do the job.
