Korg M500 Micro-Preset problems.

2013-01-06 by z z

Hey guys,

I just picked up a cheap Korg Micropreset. The whole keyboard works for most sounds, but a couple of patches don't make sounds, and the Synthe 1 and Synthe 2 preset sections are completely dead.

Anyone worked on these? Any suggestions for a diagnostic approach?

Thanks!

Jim

Don't forget http://www.korganalogue.net/ where you can find the service
manual and owner's manual, for example:

http://www.gotart.fr/bward/korgother/M500SPmanual/Korg%20Micropreset%20Service.pdf

Yes, I think I've got it from there.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
