Anyone know what a Sequential Circuits 700
Synth-Programmer is worth in non-working, slightly below
average condition? It was working fine a few years ago but it's been
in storage and when I tried it recently it didn't work as supposed to.
Symptoms -- Powers up and
red LED's light, numerals change to corresponding buttons and bank knob but
it does not record or adjust synth parameters. Have no idea why it
doesn't work anymore [possibly battery is run out?]. Panel graphics are
so-so but readable.

I'd rather sell it than repair / keep it unless I
can sell for a lot more repaired [provided it doesn't cost a lot to fix] than
"AS-IS' un-repaired.
