Thanks Scott! The circuit is a bit different but I figured it out.
I found IC1 and IC10(M5218AL) were both bad. The heated traces were the hint. IC1 has 88 ohms between V+ and ground and IC10 has 122 ohms same pins. The ground trace actually blew apart isolating everything from these 2 op-amps on. The LM3886 output amp looks good.
