Vintage Synth Repair

Hi
I'm tunung my friend's SH101 
it's filter don't closes fully
I tried to ad VCF TUNE pot ( VR31 & R200 by schematics ),but there's no info about it's parameters 
may ayone advice what to do

Are you sure the Filter Cutoff slider on the front panel is good?
