I am also hoping to get some insight on how to repair my two Roland AXIS-1 keytar controllers. I have a power module, but neither of the controllers light up when connected to it. I think the power module is probably okay, but that maybe the 5 pin XLR cable is wired incorrectly. The power is supposed to go to pin 4, but i don't know if this cable is sending it there. Does anyone have the technical repair manual for this unit, or know someone in the Sacramento area who could help me out? Michael C.
