Alesis MMT8 LCD Screen Help!

Alesis MMT8 LCD Screen Help!

2007-08-09 by ianjameshicks

Hi,

I just got an MMT8 and it appears that something is wrong with the
screen. When I power up, all the LEDs and buttons seem to work
properly, the screen lights up but no characters are displayed. Is
there a constrast control somewhere? Does it need to be plugged into a
keyboard to display anything? Help!

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian,
I will pull my MMT-8 out of mothballs after work today and check which combinations of buttons toggles the LCD contrast. I used one for years! I will get back to ya...
