My first mostly solo modular restoration...

I'm restoring an 11 module Aries Modular, complete with keyboard, for a client.
While I've participated in many synth restorations--usually doing the keyboard actions,
washing boards, and doing component upgrades--this is the first time I'm doing 90% of the
work. I'm being closely watched and occasionally helped by my husband, who does this sort
of thing for a living. I can't stand the smell of Tarn-X, so he's on detarnishing detail. ;-)

So far--
Notes were made regarding module placement.
All the modules have been washed and dried.
The "connector rack" (where the modules plug into in the back) has been cleaned up.
All the screws that hold the modules together have been replaced and lockwashers added.
That took longer than I thought it would, but I *did* install 180 pieces of hardware!

I still have a long way to go, but I'm looking foward to it all. :)
