ARP submodule question...is this another version of 4034 or?

There is no resistor on the input going to pin 12 of z2. The arrangement of the board is backward from the 4034 I have here. I have several of these from tim smith's old stuff and they are probably mostly broken. First one oscillates when I put it in an omni synth board (using tube socket pins ;-) SAves a lot of time!) They only have the number 5400601F on them that I see. 4 3086's, a dual FET in can, a 301. -Bob
