Just found that one for my new purchased OBXa. It has one missing voice 
card. Would an OBX voice card do the job ?

No, they are totally different, the OB-Xa card have the CEM ic, the OB-X card is similar to the sem pcb, but the filter is only low pass mode and the vco is not a CEM but a classic schematic with transistor pair.
