it would be of more help to state what type of organ/synth it is in just in case someone has the schematics or notes.

yes, you are right
but unfortunately I have no idea about it
it is a 13 note pedalboard I bought on Ebay; at first I just wanted to
cannibalize it and make my own MIDI electronics for it,
but then I saw it has something inside, maybe it works by itself,
and I decided to try resurrecting it before

the mechanics are from FATAR, it has a "MINOR" label over the Eb
pedal and "SEVENTH" over the E pedal; it is all black with brown
pedals for the "white" keys and black for the black ones.

only a black cable is coming out from the back, ending with a
rectangular 12 pin connector

that's all I know

thank you
Paolo

all I could find is that it is an octave multiple Tone synth and has as an equivalent a W11026 used in obsolete Farfisa church organs if memory serves me right. If I can dig more info will definately let you know.

I looked around a bit on google, no datasheets or anything, but it's a tone
generator of some sort (monophonic? square wave?). The most interesting
thing I found is that it was used in some arcade games, so there's a good
chance it's emulated in MAME (I know they try to track down information
about obscure sound chips and such)- you may want to ask around, someone may
have info or schematics from one of the games or something. I'm not sure if
it's really worth the effort to do that, but it might be kind of fun anyway.

Ibanez SDR-1000 operating system upgrade?

2006-11-24 by Scott Nordlund

I bought an Ibanez SDR-1000 reverb recently (1986-ish, designed by Sony and
also sold as the Sony MU-R201). There was also an SDR-1000+ which was
evidently an upgrade version- I assumed it would be an EPROM swap, like the
Alesis Quadraverb Plus. I'd like to upgrade it if possible, but I opened it
up and there's only a ROM chip soldered in (Version 1.0). I don't imagine
either Sony or Ibanez being any help, but I'm not really sure where to look.
Has anyone got any information or ideas?
