Mike, the BC415 crossrefs with a NTE159. NTE line is available from Mouser. But please note that NTE replacements can have different lead configurations from the original. And uh oh yeah, also B&D has original BC and BD transistors, good prices, gimme a call at work 9-5 if you need a phone #. Regards, Russ
