ARP Tech in AZ?

Hi I bought a near mint 2600 a few years ago where the seller told me that a tech in AZ had completely redone the unit (it shows). I have a friend who has a less than mint 2600 that he wants restored. Is anyone familiar with some very reputable 2600 tech in AZ? Thanks
