Vintage Synth Repair

Hi,
    I'm new here.  I just bought a Farfisa compact
combo (for $40!) and it has a few things wrong with
it.  If anyone had some ideas, I would appreciate
it...I really dont know about electronics, though I am
fairly mechanical--I can check for a loose wire or
dirty connection, but that is about the extent of it.
     The black bass keys dont work, and the grey keys
only work when the gray toggle switch is in the treble
position.
     I dont think the percussion switchs work
either...
     Lastly, the tone boost knee lever does not work,
though the light bulbs inside do.
     Lastly lastly...there are 5 "holes" in the back 
(for adjusting levels?)--anyone know what hole
corresponds to what function???

Hi there, you might want to check out the comboorgans
Yahoo group; there are a lot of people with some very
direct experience with these sort of problems on that
list!
