Vintage Synth Repair

Hey all,

I was hoping someone could help me out. I have a Moog 952 CV 
controller. Internally there is a carbon type potentiometer mounted 
to a PC board. It is one of the old metal wiper/flat mount trimmer 
pots. The wiper section let go from the rest of the pot and I need a 
replacement.

If someone knows a part source that would be great. In addition I 
would also like a schematic. Actually, this is a 952A controller 
from Modusonics, but inquiries to them have gone unanswered. Since 
the PC and pot in question is original Moog, parts and schematic of 
the original 952 is fine. 

Preferably suggested sources should be online and based in the USA.
