Vintage Synth Repair

I can't find any info on the UAF772LTC op amp.  Anyone have any idea 
where I may get a few of these or if there's a replacement available?

The 772 is not available anymore... you can use TL082. The parts list of the p600 service manual have TL082.  Check with a scope the outputs of every 772, all must have a clean DC output, no noise or distortion.
