Vintage Synth Repair

Anybody out there now how the arpeggiation/S&H/whatever it is was 
created that chops along in the song? I'm guessing it was generated 
by a Jupiter 8??? Anyway has anyone been able to recreate it on an 
Ion or a Nord Lead 2? Thanks for any help or a possible patch 
download!!!

The hard-sync part at the beginning? Or the arpeggio sound in the 
bridge? I'm just going by memory, and the song is now stuck in my 
head!! Reminds me of the summer and the pool in the Eighties for some 
reason.
