Moog Source Modulation Control

Has Anyone had any problems with the Modulation not engageing ? I recently loaded original factory patches and since,I think that it may be coincidental but, My Modulation Control is not working. If not, can anyone recommend a good reliable service tech on the east coast of the USA experienced with the Source. Thanks Michael
