Thanks for any help you guys can give me. i have a korg m1 keyboard.
All the c# keys are silent..will not play..dead. Sometime rarley they
come back then gone again. The notes will sound when fired from
another synth. Any Ideas. Thanks Pete

I can't see any responses to this question, but this is exactly the same problem that I'm having with my SG-1 (except that it's the bottom half of the f# keys).

I took the switch circuit board off the back of the keyboard, and I cleaned the board around various connectors, where there seemed to be some goo on the circuit board. That seemed to fix it, so I put everything back together. After an hour or so, the problem came back.

Does anyone have any hints about what goes wrong with these key switch assemblies?

Thanks,
John
