i was looking in the archives of one of these synth groups and
someone mentioned a pro-1 polymod. Now does that mean that the pro-1
can be modded to play poly? I thought this was pretty much
impossible. does anyone konw anything at all about this?

"Polymod" refers to the flexible modulation section of the Pro-One (&
the Prophet 5, where it came from and was, I beleive, labeled as such
on the front panel.) The Pro & Prophet basically have little
modulation busses where you can mix several sources and send 'em
where you want (filter, oscillator).

There's an interesting mod description in Analog Hewaven/Music
Machines where a guy cloned a moog filter and stuck it in place of
the curtis chip in the ProOne...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
