No help is necessary. Your DX 7 is quite OK.

In function mode numbers are not changed, there’s always a number of patch selected before entering function mode.
In this mode you don’t select numbers, but functions. Not all buttons at right side have assigned some function in this mode.
Important is info on LCD display.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
