Howdy folks, Shortly after sending a message to the group I ended up determining the problem was indeed flux residue on the top of the board. I found that flux remover made problems even worse and isopropyl was still the best way to go. I removed the sockets, cleaned the space underneath, installed new sockets and it made all the difference, OSC 2 just takes a few minutes and it is in perfect tune. The oscillators will both go into the lower range now. After the calibrations I’ve never heard a P1 like this one. Such a relief! Regards Greg C.
