I don't know much about crystals either but looking at specs on Mouser they quote the load capacitance for each of them, so if you can find a matching part it will give you the load capacitance.

The only SMD crystal at that frequencey they supply is part # 732-MA306-22.5MC3R which has an 18pF load capacitance.
