Roland MPU101 1/8 jack replacment?

hey all,
I'm looking for a replacement for one of the 1/8" jacks on a Roland MPU101 midi/cv converter. the plastic mounting piece that mounts on the circuit board is totally destroyed.
any ideas as to where one would find a replacment?
