DX7 Test Modes

Does anyone know how to get into the higher numbered test modes on an original DX7?  The Test Mode in my EPROMs only go up to test 8 and I need something like 9, 10 or 11 to test what appears to be flakey SRAM.  Is don't have a cart.

PS. My EPROMs are v1.8 and Special Edition.
