Vintage Synth Repair

So should I suppose that old NEC D4069C chip was unbuffered and order  
modern equivalent with UB suffix? I still couldn't find datasheet for  
old chip. I'd like to be sure concerning this because chip is soldered  
and there's no space for socket...
