Suspect IC34 near CN6 on the mainboard (upper right part of the schematic).
Possibly IC46 near CN9 and CN10, but then it looks like you'd have keyboard problems too.
IC53 (only individual gates visible on schematic) also involved.

Or, perhaps simply a bad connector.
