I dare not measure it with my meter as I was told it would cause more damamge to do so...!?  I have put one of those neon test screwdrivers on it - and it lights up.

Do you recommend measuring with a meter?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
