Is there any way of confirming that the little transformer is shot.
Should it be o/c with my meter?

There is also a small transistor (2SC1815) feeding the transformer that could be suspect..!?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
