You must be careful. Don't be fooled when they say that they want to keep the item. I had to fight for two months, and finally FedEx sent me the money. The only thing I have noticed is the continous amazing change of their policy to sidetrack me. Got the idea? The shipping company, although it provides a service, doesn't own the item.
