There's a constant current source in series with the keyboard resistor chain .. if that circuit has failed that would do the trick. Actually, so would a broken wire near the connector between the keyswitch matrix and the keyboard circuit. There's a separate contact under each key that generates the trigger; at least you know that the connector is plugged in, or you wouldn't see a trigger. Maybe a little poke around with a meter would find the problem?

Pitch wheel changes pitch, keyboard trigger note on / off, envelopes, filter, good, etc. but stuck on only one note throughout the entire keyboard range. I cleaned circuit boards and mod/pitch wheel connector -- that's about the scope of my ability -- but no improvement.

Thanks for the suggestions however and unfortunately I don't own a
meter or other electronics equipment nor am I that knowledgeable in
electronics. All I can say was that it was working fine about 10 years ago when
I put it in it's case and stored in the attic and now it's not. I thought
there was a guy on this list who lived nearby in Vermont. Maybe not.
