Vintage Synth Repair

The Odyssey web page in the Mods section has details for replacing the old noise transistors with the newer zener diodes.  The zeners provide a greater spectrum of noise at a more constant amplitude across the entire spectrum.  I assume the process would be pretty similar for the Axxe.  Find it all here:
