Hello Group,
Just wanted to introduce myself: I'm Christian, full time musician. German-born, located in Lisbon, Portugal.
I own the following vintage keyboards, still looking fine on the ourtside :-)
-A 1972 Hammond P-100S (a European portable tube spinet organ, re-tubed and maintained meanwhile), purchased in 2000, plays just fine (well last time it did, stored away at the moment - will 'fire her up' again soon, after some oiling).
-My old 1982 Korg Polysix, dead by now - most likely needs a lot of work.
-My old 1983 Roland Jupiter 6 - love(d) it! - still some sound comes out, but has some serious problems.
I'm (among many other styles) a huge fan of 70s prog rock. IMHO needs vintage keys to sound right. Planning on a band (together with a great violinist).
All for now, I look forward to hearing from you guys,
Christian
