Vintage Synth Repair

Bought this Organ at a garage sale. The Organ looks good and the upper and lower manuals play well.  PROBLEM:  No sound from the pedals...
There is a amber light flashing on the left side.

Any suggestions on what might be the cause of this problem would be appreciated.
