Is the LFO LED blinking?
The sequencer and the Arpeggiator run on the LFO clock.

Also do as the other reply and remove the battery from the circuit 
and measure the voltage.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
