Hello, same problem here with one envelope of my
CS-30. In my case I think that the problem is on the IG00159 but I never could
find a replacement. Have a look to this, if you find a replacement, please let
me know ;-)

No matter how I set it, no of the envelopes make any changes in sound,
and it acts like it is in "hold" status all the time (no attack, full
sustain and no release, just playing endlessly).
All other functions work and all keys respond.
Where would you recommend to start ?
