It's most likely NOT the build in the swell pedal as this would affect the
entire organ if it was out, and not just the pedals. It's most likely either
bad edge board connectors or a bad preamp device (transistor or opamp ic).
Don't have a schematic in front of me. It could also be on the mixer board.
Do you have a service manual?

Try replacing the light bulb in the swell pedal.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
